Our loyalty program is currently under construction.
Can I change or cancel my order after I've submitted it?
If you need to make any changes to your order after it's been submitted, please call the store directly. The phone number is listed in your Order Confirmation email. Direct numbers for each store can also be found here.
Why do you need my phone number?
We can look up your account by phone number.
Can I use a gift card on the Tasty App?
Gift cards and courtesy cards can't currently be used on the Tasty App. You can, however, use them if ordering online in a browser at https://tastyburger.alohaorderonline.com.
Can I merge two accounts?
Please email email@example.com with requests to merge duplicate accounts.
My password isn't working. What should I do?
From the login page, click on "Forgot Password." A link to reset your password will be sent to the email address on file.
